I ordered two of these and returned both for the same reason. After 2 weeks, 3 cups of coffee per day, it stopped working. I starts to pump then jams or plugs up, nothing comes out of the machine. It just tries to keep pumping. Both machines failed, the same way in about the same amount of time. Other 1 star reviewers had the same experience.

I've had this a couple months and it leaks. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they don't support purchases made directly from Amazon. He said it was probably just a gasket, but then said I should just try to return it to Amazon. Yeah. Thanks. Like I have buckets of time to do that right? It took loads of time to just track down the information to find the phone number for this coffee pot. At the bottom of the single page PDF troubleshooting page I found it gave a 1-800 number and said to feel free to give them a call as they are a family owned business, want you to be happy with the product, and are happy to help. Apparently they do, just not their Amazon customers, right? Another product for the trash bin as soon as I am done with the pods I bought.
